November 16, 200322 yr I think that if our lineup mirrors the 93 or 94 lineups we won't win as many games as those teams. Pitching was the best quality of those teams, so having they didn't need to beat the crap out of the ball to win. This team doesn't have the dominating pitching, so it can't make up for an offense that score a ton of runs. 2004 likely (unless we make a few trades) can't match: McDowell (22-10, Cy Young) Fernandez (18-9) Alvarez (15-8) Bere (12-5) Those 4 had enourmous seasons in 93
