Moore going for Kanny.  Iriarte has looked so bad this year along with a terrible start for Zavala. Looks like all the Sox are gonna get out of trading Cease is money saved by not paying him. So, Jerry’s happy.

WS and Kanny games both postponed and Charlotte in a delay, but at least it's still Grant Taylor bump day.

Taylor looks okay. He is occasionally losing fastball command and throwing it in the dirt. Fastball plays better up. Curve looks very good.

Maybe tampering down expectations a bit would be wise...it was never going to be a straight line process with him anyway.  At some point things will just click.

Taylor done after 3. No runs, 1 hit, 2bb, 3K. Did not love Barfield musing about him as a closer.

Barons win 4-1 with some extra inning heroics. Schweitzer looked good over 5 scoreless.

Rain rescheduling means tomorrow is an absolutely packed 8 game slate, double headers for every affiliate headlined by Schultz/Smith for the Barons.
