    Do we know yet what cap Allen will wearing on his HOF plaque, my guess it will be a Phillies cap.

    EDIT Just looked it up, it will be a Phillies cap.

    Not only did I see Allen play with the Sox at Comiskey, I saw him in a Phillies-Dodgers game at Connie Mack Stadium in July of 1967 and also a Mets- Phillies game at Shea Stadium a month earlier.

    Cool. Going to see the HOF  induction next weekend, hopefully there will a bunch of White Sox Allen jerseys in Cooperstown, although I expect it will be more Phillies of course.
