Yeah, maybe they decide to spend a few bucks to supplement after the last signing,  but they burnt the bridge with Giolito.

That's a good point.  But his dad came on the air after he was traded and said that he would love to resign for the White Sox in the off season if they made a move for him.

A couple years ago, I was getting a cup of coffee or buying cigarettes or something on 53rd street and witnessed the "fire department" heroically "rescuing" someone from the top floor of a burning hotel only to discover I had wandered onto a movie set.

Fwiw, Gio is in Chicago right now training at UIC.  I think his partner is from the Chicagoland area.
