Mark Buerhle

Featured Replies

Did they report if Mark had any no trade clauses in his contract? I'm wondering if signing him to a 3 year deal made it easier for KW to move him.

Forget moving Buehrle, he's gonna be here for the rest of that deal and if he pitches like I expect him to, we'll be exercising that 4th year option.

Buehrle is one of the few guys on the team that haven't been rumored to move, so I doubt he'll be going anywhere for awhile

I would really doubt they would give a Buerhle a no trade. I haven't seen anything, but there really is no chance he has one.

I believe this contract just takes him up to free agency with our team option for 4th year an added bonus. Usually no-trade clauses aren't given to players before they are established and free-agent eligible.

who the hell knows we do have Kenny Williams for a GM ya know, but i hope he stays

Mark Buerhle would be the last guy I would trade on this team. He's untradeable in my opinion.

With the way the Sox stand right now, Buehrle ain't going anywhere. He's locked up for $3.5 next year. We are a starter short. Why would we want to move him?
