January 4, 200422 yr 4 Super Bowl appearances, Chicago Native... he wants the job... prolly come cheap... I like him alot. at the least give him an interview. I agree 100% he has a great football mind and to have him for a couple of years would be very benificial to the Bears and a R.Grossman.
January 4, 200422 yr But he supposedly runs like 3 miles a day and is still in amazing shape. I think the problem is he'd probably want personell power and the Bears don't want to give that up.
January 11, 200422 yr Author Saban's not coming.... why not invest the future with someone who developed a team into a 4-conference champion? No that would make too much sense....Mike Heimerdinger is the answer.
January 12, 200422 yr I'd rather have him come back to Buffalo....he'd be better then Jauron anyways.
January 12, 200422 yr why not levy..no one else left out there is any better..atleast he'd have the respect of the players
January 12, 200422 yr I would love to have Mr. Levy coaching the Fins, but then again I would rather anyone yes anyone then Wanny
January 12, 200422 yr I read in the sun times over x-mas break that levy wants the job. I don't care how far he runs though, I don't like the idea of giving such a stressful and time consuming job to a 78 year old.

January 13, 200422 yr I don't care how old he is. I'm sure he's the best coach available. This should be a no brainer to Angelo.
January 13, 200422 yr I just don't see a 78 year old man having the dedication or the will to spend 24/7 on a team. He did a great job in Buffalo, but that was 10 years ago, and the bears don't have Jim Kelly or Thurman Thomas.
