January 21, 200422 yr Bears should hire Les Frazier as the DB coach too! Frazier is already a DC in Cincinnati.... Rivera would be a good hire... i think he interviewed in Buffalo the other day IIRC. He will definately be making the rounds, and will land a DC job this year.
