Over 2 inches the past two days and I just got done watching a funnel cloud from my window....

Right now I'm listening to our scanner....they say it has mooved south of town and is "doing some crazy stuff as far as rotation and dropping down."

Those crazy tornados....

All you can do is pray they don't kill you... :huh

My power was out for about 2 hours last night.

It showed me again how f***ing BORING the lives of the pioneers must have been.

Alex...it was crazy over here yesterday, on and off...but we got the game in...still the parking lot was flooded...craziness

Chicago (at least my corner of it) lucked out when it came to last night's storm. It did some damage west of us (as in central of the state area, not saying a few miles west) but all we got is a few hits of lightening, a gust of wind (no more than about 10-15 mins of the high speed winds predicted) and about 10-20 minutes of a downpour. Being that we were under a tornado watch/warning (can't remember which), my corner of Chicago really lucked out.

Well, it still doesn't beat the time when I went outside because my dad and neighbors were out there casually talking and I look up and I say "s***, those clouds right above us seem to be rotating......."
