So back 5+ years ago when ballots were only available inside of ballparks, it was as if Bud Selig said Rex knows nothing about baseball because he goes to Barons games??? All this does is limit 8 year old kids from voting 25 times for A-Rod or people half way across the world in Japan voting for Ichiro and Matsui... nothing else..
