He is at his best when he's put in there in a make-work appearance with a big lead but when he has a 1 or 2 run lead to protect he wets his pants and goes all to pieces. He's worthless. Great point. Botch is usually money when he's brought in in a blow out and can get an opportunity to pad his stats. Botch is usually money for the opposition when he's brought in in a save situation and the opposition gets an opportunity to pad their stats.

Plus why put the blame all on him? We had the bases loaded and couldn't scor ein 2 consecutive innings. Then we had Crede on 2nd with 1 out and on third with 2 out and couldn't score him. It was our situational hitting not getting it done. Is he partially to blame? Of course, but he shouldn't be shouldering all of the responsibility for this pathetic loss.
