that net seems outta place since u can see the original background. but otherwise it looks good

It's impossible to remove the background from a net that small...

 

 

I can see the background around the edges of the players in your sigs as well by the way...

the new one looks beter. but maybe to make it blend better you should add some green to the background right around the net. but make it subtle not like a blob of green

You should downlo.... i mean, "aquire" Photoshop CS. Its much much better.
