Aaron Rowand

I seriously think he's on the trading block. Where the hell has he been? I mean it's cool to give Timo some starts, but he's been swinging the bat pretty well lately. I seriously think the reason we're not playing him is becuase we don't want his value to drop.

Maybe I'm just crazy, but does anyone else feel the same way?

Or he just can't hit righties.

he was 2-2 against righties in game 1

Ozzie has some obsession with Timo "I suck except for two homeruns" Perez.

Overall though he is not very good against righties.

also u gotta let willie fight through this slump..... we need WILLIE.... he also went to school five mintues from my house so gotta love him

You don't sit a guy down for an extended time when you are trying to trade him. You play him.

Yup you play him to get his value up.

I can't see a big demand for Rowand. Maybe in the off season if he plays well for the rest of the season.

Ozzie is making a mistake Manuel made many many many many many many many many many many many many many many {get the picture} many times.

A guy like Perez {Or last year it was Daubach} comes on and hits a HR that helps us win a game but doesn't do much else.

Then he gets to start for like a week or so.

Yes the guy got a lucky hit but you can't give him all these starts because of one HR.

The fact is he is not hitting righties well.

The fact is that he has an on base percentage of .288 and a batting average of .255.

It's a shame that a guy with so much heart as Rowand who has the talent suffers from thing again and again.

Like the game winning hit he had against Anahiem? Or the game tying homerun against Florida?

Voice of reason?
