June 28, 200421 yr It was the Sat game and they were talking about the overall hitting. DJ asked the question how would you rank the sox hitting. I think he said 6. Hawk said 2 against good starting pitching and 7 against others. Whichh is an average around 6, and DJ stated that but he just kept on going mumbling over the same thing over and over and all he was doing was reading stats. Lets all get on Brooks Boyer to get this guy out and bring in a new color guy. All DJ is is a yes man for Hawk and nothing more. I wouldn't mind seeing him go in favor of someone who thinks for himself.

You honestly think there is enough room in the booth for two dominant personalities? I say f*** it - DJ is a fixture here now, nice guy, knows a thing or two about baseball even if he's not much of a broadcaster.

At least he had the temerity to disagree with Hawk once a week or so.
