The guy plays mediocre D, and his numbers outside of Coors are horrible. Crede hasn't be great by any stretch of the imagination, but all things considered, I would take Joe. I know Mesa isn't what most of you think of when you think of a stud bullpen guy but i'm trying to be realistic. He's an upgrade over Mike Jackson. We can get JK fairly cheap if we can absorb most of his salary (Maybe the Pirates could only pick up 20 % and we could take the rest.) Anyone else like this idea...
