July 27, 200421 yr I just saw somewhere else that the Score reported Mark Hatley ex of the Bears has died of a heart attack. ANyone know if this is true or not???
July 27, 200421 yr The man who gave us McNown and Salamm is gone. Who might have set us up to fail. Good riddance when he left the Bears. He was a good guy in life, I gues. Never met him though.
July 27, 200421 yr Wow, I can't believe this. I too was hoping this was a bad rumor when I read the 1st post. He really wasn't that bad of a GM (i know he wasn't GM, but I forgot his real position title). He did get us Urlacher and Brown, and a few others. Was he here when we got Kreutz and Parrish, too?
