CSF
From Chicagosports.com: Guillen said the only player he wants to see play on a daily basis is outfielder Joe Borchard. Guillen said he's not concerned that Borchard was given a huge signing bonus when he was drafted. He also said general manager Ken Williams hasn't told him to play Borchard. "I don't care how much money they invested in him," Guillen said. "I'm putting him in every day to see what we have. Before they would say he's a great player and he can do this, he can do that. Now they can't say that because I can see it. It's up to [borchard] to see what his future is with the White Sox." Borchard is hitting .172 in 93 at-bats. Guillen said he wants to see more quality at-bats. Borchard has struck out 29 times. … Despite Guillen's laments over the lack of execution this season, the Sox are second in the American League with a .288 average with runners in scoring position, trailing only Boston's .291 average. … Anytime Borchard wants to cut down on that swing and put the ball in play (homers would be great, but right now contact would be better), I'll be happy. CubsSuck1
I have a feeling this might be the last year of Joe B in Chicago if Ozzie has his say. He is basicly the opposite of the type of player Ozzie wants.
WilliamTell
He is the opposite type of player and if he doesn't have a good September there could be another possible trade. If that happens I really wish it was him traded to Seattle and not Reed. I forgot if they wanted only Reed or not.
