September 6, 200421 yr I'm looking to get a new car when I get home this December but I don't really know what I want. Something American up to 22K preferably new is all I got so far. Any suggestions?

September 6, 200421 yr if i where you i would try to come up with an extra 10k and get a lexus is 300, or if you are in the 22k range i would get either a civic hybryd or an civic si.
September 6, 200421 yr Author Nothing beats dem Krazy Korean taxis, eh? I think they come in Taurus. YOU HAVE NO IDEA!!!! I'll never forget my 1st cab ride over here. Dude was doing 80MPH down a street no different from Archer Ave, running every single red light and almost hitting like 6 people. I had more fun on the way home than I did at the bar that night.

September 6, 200421 yr Nuke...whateve car you get, I strongly recommend a satellite radio system for your vehicle. Awesome sound, no commercials, no censorship! Good luck.

September 6, 200421 yr Dude, I have the XM for my ride (at least an hour each way) and it rocks! Well worth the cash. As for the ride, you can get a Saturn Vue for under $22k. I have one for work and I like it alot. And the MPG is pretty good also.
September 6, 200421 yr Try looking at a Monte Carlo SS or maybe an Impala SS? I got a new 2004 Impala in January and I love it. I would recommend it to anyone. The SS's will probably be more than what you are looking to pay, but the LS and base models work just fine. If you want to know anymore, let me know.
September 6, 200421 yr I can see where XM would come in handy. Last week I was driving from Cincinatti to Chicago and I couldn't get any radio stations...and then coming home through pennsylvania was the worst because I had already listened to my CD's and there was no radio
September 6, 200421 yr Or, if you MUST have a 4 wheeled automobile... Or, if you must spend under 22k... This van is diesel powered, be sure to cut off the muffler for full effect.
September 6, 200421 yr If you do get a Monte Carlo, add an A in front of "Monte" and an an S after "Carlo" and have your license plate say "1045." I have a 2003 Saturn Ion 2 and am loving it.
September 6, 200421 yr Get a ford mustang. The new mustang's suck, unless you put out a ton of money for a Cobra. I get better preformance out of my stock Impala.
September 6, 200421 yr Get a ford mustang. Well, after having evolved in an area that is strictly Italians and Polskis, I'd have to tell you that the lowest form of human life is the guy in the mustang. Don't do it. I've been pissing on the mustang/white castle "look at me" culture since before I can remember.
