Who will have the higher winning %

Just think about this scary fact: None of the 5 major sports teams in Chicago made the playoffs in 2004. It's not looking bright for 2005 either. :crying (Other than the Cubs, and well I don't really care about the Bears)

Quit it with the Bulls optimism. They will suck, they have no talent. I'm so sick of people thinking the Bulls will turn it around. They won't until one of these rookies is a star.

Oh - ye Miss Cleo - will thou please tellest me who will winnest the NBA Title? And - how long willest the NHL lockout last? Please - oh wise one, tell me...

My point is that people have been saying this for the past 4 years about the Bulls. They have not turned it around once. It's too much of a wait and see with so many rookies. Predicting the Bulls to do well is like saying the Clippers will be the best franchise in the league within 5 years. Sure, it could happen, but let's just say all signs point to no. ;)
