October 11, 200421 yr Wait, wait, wait a minute. Glasgow?... as in Scotland??!! How many black people are even IN Glasgow to be offended by it?
October 11, 200421 yr What the f***? This furthers my belief that there are certain people alive only because it is illegal to kill them. Last time I checked black was a color before it was a race of people.
October 11, 200421 yr I know several black people. They consider themselves as black, and have no problem with it. It is all in context. If someone said "you black piece of s***," it would be different than someone asking for a "black coffee" (excuse the language). Exactly, NONE of my black friends mind me calling them black. If anything, white people made up the term "African American" to try to make black people seem overly sensitive to race issues.
October 12, 200421 yr So I wonder if I am hatin on aliens when I ask for green beans? Watch out Jerry Seinfeld
October 12, 200421 yr Yes, I would like one african-american coffee, a slice of that cake with the caucasian frosting, and that'll do it. Oh wait, that asian/pacific islander color pound cake looks moist I'll take that. Native American Velvet Cake?
October 12, 200421 yr Evil-Challenged Translucent Spectral Being Food Cake? LMAO! Almost lost my coffee there.
October 12, 200421 yr Author There's a Denny's joke in there somewhere, but I cannot find it. Dennys: Serving Minorities Since 1997.
October 12, 200421 yr They're "black" to me. I think it would be more offensive to call someone "Afircan-American" when they are in fact Dominican of Jamaican or ...you get my point.
