My little bro just went downstairs and told me there's one outside now. I went out and saw it. A once in a lifetime thing here. It should be full around 9:45pm they are saying.

Why is that..? It'll be back in 3 years... :huh

As usual.. :rolly

I remember one in 4th grade and we all made those pinhole things and went to see the beginning of it and then went to lunch. When we came back from lunch, the teacher gave us the thingys back and I got a different on that the hole had closed on. I told her I couldn't see through my hole and she was like, "We have to go inside!" I still hate that b**** for that!

I got to see the one in '94? through a welder's helmet, though. :headbang

I remember in 3rd or 4th grade doing the same thing. Everyone in the class made boxes and we went out at lunch while all the other students had to stay inside with the shades drawn. Of course our teacher said she caught someone looking at the sun and we ALL had to go inside after about 10 minutes.

Ha yeah...I remember that one....I think all these other eclipses are kind of lame after that one. I was in 2nd grade during that. I remember they kept telling us to not look up at the sun. That's like telling someone to not press the red button at that age.

:) Only if we move to Cairo.  Take a look at the map

and just as I was booking a flight to somalia! Thank my lucky stars!

Damn it - the world is going to end before I get married (10/29/05)! :o
