November 26, 200421 yr I don't think I"d offer 12 mill over two years for Liebs. I like Lieber, but at the same time I'm a bigger fan of Clement and I think he can be had for roughly that. Plus I got a feeling Odalis Perez gets something like 5 mill a year and he'd be a good pickup too.

He will he get somewhere in the 7-8 million per year range i have heard.

November 26, 200421 yr I'd offer the exact same deal to Lieber in the hopes that he's sore at them for not picking up his option. Then if he didn't bite i'd offer him 7 Mil a year. Anything more then that i'd let him go.
