Hellooooo, a middle/upper class white child is worth sooooooo much more than a ghetto one!!![/green]

Seriously that's a good point, Wino.

Its the same reason we send troops to Bosnia and not Sudan....

Exactly.

Remember this is just a recommendation.  The judge doesn't have to go with it.

EDIT:  Oh and Steff, the only thing I've heard about them asking for pictures was that they asked to see pictures of her at a Christmas Party, alone and pregnant, while Scott was with his tramp.

The judge isn't likely to stray from their recommendation.

And Purdue.. from Court TV and CNN this is what they requested to see..

"They requested to see the photos of the shoreline where the bodies were found, photos of Laci in her red jumpsuit at the Christmas party she attended alone the night he went to the Christmas party w/Amber Frey, sealed exhibits containing autopsy photos and photos taken of Laci & Conner's bodies on the day they were found, photos of Laci's body being carried from shore line to ambulance, and Laci's OB/GYN file."

And why the hell is Amber a "tramp". Scott lied to her. She didn't know he was married. So what's up with the name calling? :huh

Typical RED state.

Yeah, I hadn't heard about the other pics... weird...

I have trouble believing that she had no idea he was married, she doesn't come across as that dense, but since I don't actually know I refrain from using "tramp"... I'll go with girlfriend from now on :)

YASNY: what do you mean by "Typical RED State"?

I am against the death penalty. My prayers go out to all the victims in this.

and you live where? :D

What a rarity.

YASNY is being a smartass -- since most red states are ones that lead in executions (i.e. Texas) ;)

Figured as much... just checking though :)

I ask the same thing. People are murdered every day so why the hell are we more concerned with this one over the rest is beyond me.

Don't ask me. I try my best to stay away from this crap. I don't follow it on the news and try to stay away from it, but still you end up hearing so much about it.

Its sad and all but It doesn't need all this publicity.
