December 21, 200421 yr Seems to me, we have about an hour left to determine what the Sox next move is gonna be. Ben Davis is the only player on the Sox with the future still up in the air. If the Sox don't tender him a contract, I think that shouts out that we are going after AJ. I fully expect that there is some sort of deal that will be worked out between KW and Big Ben, but we will know for sure in just a bit.

December 21, 200421 yr Author Toby Hall of the DRays has been tendered. I would say they could do that and still trade him, but I would think that takes them out of the AJ Derby.

An arbitration judge says what he is worth and he has no choice but to accept it. I am willing to bet that they sign him for 2-3 with and option. In the long run they would be saving money.

When is the latest we will hear from them about? I assume they will offer Rowand arbitration and try to sign a multi-year deal before that comes around, but what about Davis?
