Marte coulda handled this, unlike that incompetent idiot White! Why did we sign him? He struggled in ST and I thought it was just him experimenting. But it wasnt! This guy just sucks! And yeah Steff maybe I am too harsh on the players. But you cant say anything for this one. Colon and Buehrles screwups were minor. White tho just blew the game. Everyones toasting him... What a laugher i knew it was a mistake has soon has he did it we should release white and just take our losses and give his spot in the pen to one of our minior leaguers who had very sucseful spring training. Berroa- Safe at first on throwing error by Graffinino Tucker- Struck out by White Randa- 2 run hr, only 1 run earned. Marte Relieves White. Ibanez singles on 0-2 count. R. Johnson pinch hits for D. Brown R. Johnson- Strikes out looking. Top of 8, 5-3 KC I love the updates you give here guys, but the negativity kind of sucks. I mean its the second day and already some of you have thrown in the towel. The game isnt over and if you dont believe that we can score 2 runs in 2 innings, then what chance do we have of winning anything? Ill go back to watching reading my game now. I havent thrown in the towel. I just think so far weve been pathetic. When we play so bad, Ill let everyone know what I think. Im not going to hide it. But I will also congratulate those who actually play. But those who dont, are gonna get a piece of my mind... Carlos still hasnt gotten a hit. He and Konerko both need to shape up. Jim Fainter Posted April 2, 2003 Share Posted April 2, 2003 During the course of ST, I probably made 4-5 posts about White -- all negative. I saw him throw too many line drives last year. Even though he somehow made the team, and I don't know how, other than the fact that he is guaranteed a mill or so, he is still the 11th man on a ten man staff, so why do we bring him in with the game on the line?
