    Even if we do not get a middle infielder ( which i feel we will) the four players got by trading lee is way better than just keeping lee.

    Ditto. The middle infielder sure won't hurt though.

     

    A big :headbang to Kenny this offseason and especially the Lee trade. We actually got more with that trade than I expected.

    Hell, I liked the trade before we even signed these guys. Scott Pod and Vizcaino is more valuable to this team than Carlos. 2 needs with 1 guy, that's why that trade was big. It doesn't hurt that we signed these guys with the extra money. However, if the Sox have such a limiting budget they won't win. You have to open the pocketbook, even if only a little bit. The Sox need to book the offseason and unplug the phones. I don't even like/dislike signing AJ, but I did want a catcher. Now that KW thinks he has one the offseason is done. I don't want Iguchi.
