January 26, 200521 yr QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Jan 26, 2005 -> 11:45 AM) I'm gonna throw another out there. How about the Crybabies from the Northside? I just looked at their depth-chart and its rather grim at 2b. Todd Walker is the starter, followed by a prospect named Lewis. To me, it looks like they are one injury away from disaster at that position. Would Kenny be willing to work with Hendry? What could Harris bring in from the Northside.... Thoughts? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Cub fans are so delusional, they think Richard Lewis is a lock to be their future second baseman for the next decade. Some of them think that the Juan Cruz deal wasn't that bad despite the fact that Pratt was terrible at every level last year and was later traded to the Brewers, and Richard Lewis hit .234 in AAA.

January 26, 200521 yr 2M? Crap! I didn't know he got that much of a raise. For what? MLB is out of whack. The guy has a much worse yr than 03 & he get's better than a 30% raise.

Garland made $2.3 million last season but he is going to earn $3.4 million in 2005. Arbitration process = 30% raise :puke
