    tell him not to fret. My bro lives in St. Paul. You have to get used to the cold weather (which is balanced out by the enclosed walkways, heated sidewalks, etc.), but the music and culture scene is awesome...plus he'll be able to see the sox a couple times a year. My brother loves the twin cities.

    I sounds amazing, yes. But I think pouring gas onto snow would make the snow melt and the gas would go right to the cement. Then, you wouldn't know where to light.
