Winthrop 2nd team in and now Gardner-Webb facing Central Florida for the Atlantic Sun's bid... i love championship week :cheers

The experienced UCF is going to prevail. They went their last year as opposed to Gardner-Webb, who is in their first ever D1 conference tournament.

On a more general note I was thinking that this thread could be more for the smaller conference tournaments and we could make a topic for each of the big conferences (Big 10, ACC, SEC, Big East, Big 12, maybe PAC 10).

thats what i was going to do as they started later next week

Cal State Fullerton clinched the 3rd seed in the Big West Tourney. They play this upcoming Thursday against the worse of the seeded teams. Hopefully they'll be able to win :)

Do they have a shot at the NIT?

Do they have a shot at the NIT?

Oh ya :D

Plus both times they played Pacific they had a great shot at winning the game. Combined losses were less than 10 points which is good. As long as they don't choke and get upset in the 1st round, I think there is a good shot at the least they make the NIT.

Unfortunately they'll never get a home NIT game since our schools arena is the size of my old high schools arena, lol.

If Gonzaga wins their tournament, does anyone know what seed they'd be around? I was thinking a 4 or 5.

4 more bids handed out tonight, let the action continue!

Looking for wins from Creighton and Old Dominion tonight and Vermont on Friday night.

All three of those conferences could affect IU's chances of getting in.

if you want to see a great game Zags vs the Gaels at 12 EST should be a classic game for 2 tourney bound teams

ODU, Niagra, Creighton, and Gonzaga make it 9 teams dancing so far

Saint Mary's who lost to the Zags deserves an at large bid, imo.

an oakland 3 with 1.3 seconds left and they are dancing at 12-18 overall...hello play-in game

Yeah, 61-60. Nice shot though. Too bad too, Oral Roberts has done decently this year, they may have been a bracket buster.

Horizon League Championship coming down to the wire, UW Milwaukee down 2 with under 5 left to Detroit.

Under a minute to go UW-Milwaukee down 2.

Great game going on here. 4.2 Seconds left in the game. Tie ball game, UW-Milwaukee at the line for one more.

Panthers win 59 to 58. Great Game.

Bulls*** foul call at the end. Tigert was out of control and they bailed him out.

Agreed. You can't call that with 4.2 seconds left in a championship game.
