I gave blood on Monday for the second time. (January was the first.) Well I never got my donor card and asked them to request a new one for me. I got it yesterday. (Must have been the original one.)

So, in 9th grade we did a blood test to see what type we were and I was O+. All this time, 17 years, I thought that's what I was. My donor card comes and I'm B+. Huh. Who knew? Thought that was interesting.

I'm O Positive. I've given 3 times, the last being in the fall. I've gotten a new card everytime, because I've always given at a different place and never have my card.

I actually have no idea. I should really start to give blood, and I should find out what type I am. I keep meaning to give blood. I feel guilty about it though.

I'm A+, I've given blood 7 times already.

O whatever the more common one is (O+ or O- -> I can never remember).

Jim and I give every 8 weeks.

A+. I've given blood once, and that was for the 9/11 effort, where I lost consciousness halfway through the process and had to lay down for a while to re-gain it.

never donated blood although have had a crapload taken from me...

O neg... universal donor... but I can only get Oneg...

I wish you had added, don't know. As part of a project a number of years ago, I asked people their blood types, and 3 out of 4 had no idea, or their answers did not make sense.
