March 21, 200521 yr Hey at least his wife is hot; Dunn wouldn't comment on which teams were interested in Hasselbeck. The Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks are among the few teams still looking for No. 2 quarterbacks, and there were some indications those clubs were eyeing Hasselbeck.
March 21, 200521 yr Hasselback would be a solid back up. I wouldn't want him starting, but he works coming off of the bench. Any word on who is interested in Quincy Carter?
March 21, 200521 yr Author QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Mar 22, 2005 -> 01:42 AM) Hasselback would be a solid back up. I wouldn't want him starting, but he works coming off of the bench. Any word on who is interested in Quincy Carter? Jon Gruden and the Bucs. Other teams see QC as a cancer, JG just sees the word oppurtunity instead.
March 21, 200521 yr I rather have QC personally. The Bears don't have a complete offense yet which means they are going to need someone who makes plays with their feet.
March 21, 200521 yr Depending on what really went down between QC and Bill Parcells I'd much rather see Carter on the Bears then any of the other backup candidates. Quincy has won, is a good athlete, and would be more then a viable option off the bench. Assuming that his situation in Dallas was overblown. Funny thing is I thought Herm Edwards liked him and instead they let him go and opted for someone else.
March 22, 200521 yr Quincy Carter would be an ideal QB because with him if Rex goes down we would still get some decent production from the QB position. Hutchinson is a human target and Tim Hasselbeck... i saw him last year and lets just say he is barely a number 2 in my opinion.
March 22, 200521 yr hasselbeck cant throw or run and I dont think he's worth a back up role. One way to go... DANNY WUERFFEL
