Add this to the meltdown goin on in lets see about 5 different threads right now....

And the reason why there is no nudity on this site....HMMMMMMMMM lets see...average age of the posters on this site is probably about 18 or 19...that means there are a large contingent of high school age kids posting on here...

This is the world wide web there are millions of message boards where you can post all the nudity you want. A White Sox Fan board is hardly one of them...

So go find your rosary beads and take a hike

mea culpa...

and 18 year olds cant/dont look at porn?

:huh

who cares what the average age is......all ages i'm sure view this board. I'm sure a kid in a high school class doesn't appreciate being caught on a "nude" site....cuz of a link on a whitesox message board.

Key word AVERAGE AGE....I dont care if they do or dont look at porn, and theres plenty of places to quench their thirst for such...

I just dont see how or why a White Sox message board should allow nudity...

Trust me I'm far from a conservative and I believe that any topic can and should be able to be discussed on here...however, there is no reason for pornographic images to make its way on to this board...

Granted this is just my humble opinion, and in no way do they reflect on the opinions of Soxtalk

Just because they do on their own doesn't mean we condone it. It is actually illegal to provide pornographic materials to kids under 18, and by leaving those kind of posts up on the site, that would indirectly involve Soxtalk in an illegal activity.

We don't ask for a lot from you all. We don't allow nudity, personal attacks, and anything discriminatory. After that, pretty much anything goes. And I think if you look around the net, we are pretty liberal for what we do allow. The vast majority of sites, especially baseball message boards, don't allow you near the leeway that we do.

as far as "pornography" goes it wasn't that bad... it was just mardi gras/derby infield/girls gone wild type stuff.... and that's what happens at the party cove around the july 4th holiday as well as the labor day holiday every year... so yes there were pictures of nudity, but as far as "porn" I don't think so....

regardless... I've been warned and it won't happen again....

Exposing minors under 18 to those kind of pictures is actually illegal. That's why all of those sites make you click something saying that you are 18 in order to view it.

But its cool. Live and learn.
