April 21, 200520 yr Let me tell you a little story. When my boys were 3 and 4 years old, I had a shotgun. It was laying flat on the back of the upper shelf of my bedroom closet, in a gun case and with a trigger lock attached. Those little s***s had somehow gotten that gun out of the closet and pulled it out of the gun case. The gun wasn't loaded, of course but still they got to the damn thing. I immediately took the gun to my father's.

My dad had his waaaay up high also.. we got ahold of it. But it was not loaded, and had a safety. Kids want something bad enough.. they will get it. Who the hell keeps a LOADED gun in a house with kids..?? IMO.. a moron.
