April 26, 200520 yr Which MLB surprise is most likely to make the playoffs? Arizona Diamondbacks 4% Baltimore Orioles 17% Chicago White Sox 41% Los Angeles Dodgers 38% Vote early, vote often (if you care about this sort of thing) http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/index It's not often the Sox are in the spotlight so we might as well enjoy it right?
April 26, 200520 yr QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Apr 26, 2005 -> 04:40 PM) It's not often the Sox are in the spotlight so we might as well enjoy it right? agreed, i'm soaking up all of this attention. This is what we b**** about, and now we're getting it.
April 26, 200520 yr I agree with the poll results right now. The Sox and Dodgers obviously have the best chance of making the playoffs. There's a White Sox topic coming up on PTI, during Toss Up.
April 26, 200520 yr http://sports.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnation/index Go here...Dave Revsine has a little thing about the White Sox, when you load the page. Good piece.

Good piece. Yeah I caught that. Good to hear a real Sox fan tell it like it is on there.
April 26, 200520 yr Actually, I wish we didnt get any of this publicity, I want to keep being under the radar. Let ESPN talk about the cubs, and the Red Sox, its fine with me

April 27, 200520 yr Why aren't you a Cub fan then? That's like saying, "Why aren't you Mexican?" I love that. It's so true. Living in Texas I get that question all the time, Why aren't you a Cub fan? What the hell does THAT mean? Maybe it's because I can't like a team that relishes it's own failures? That it's biggest draw is the park itself? Ich, it makes me angry and happy all at the same time.
