Aim at the numbers and if you're gonna miss, miss low. I threw at a few people and don't regret one, but not at the head, anybody should regret that injury or not. Sosa was pretty slow on that pitch, he must have though it was gonna break, 'cause he didn't move outta the way at all he pretty much took half a step into it while cocking his bat. hearing that he is okay is the best bad news I've gotten in a while.

I still cannot, for any reason, see taking the risk of intentionally attempting to hit someone in the head with a baseball at 95 mph. You can kill or maim someone that way. If Clemens intentionally beaned a White Sox player, then someone should simply kick his ass. There are ways to deal with things without putting someone into a coma.
