This may not be the thread for this, but does this feel like The 2003 Yankee series and Neal Cotts all over again? In this instance garland could be pitching for the sweep, instead a rookie is going. Someone please ease my mind.

 

 

It's just another game, but this time we have a highly touted rookie on the mound making his debut. It will be fun and that's what it's all about. I am really looking forward to the opportunity to watch the game on WGN and see Brandon. Hope for the best and have faith in the team to do what it has been doing and that's find ways to win.

They don't need to mess up the rotation and/or Garland's rhythm. Put BMac out there. We need Garland to start off the Angels series, they're a 1st place team.

I don't see why people have a problem with B-Mac starting. They said El Duque will probably miss 2 starts and McCarthy is our best option for those 2 games (possibly more). Do people really want to see Felix Diaz or Arnie Munoz that badly?

Scrub fan losers are bragging how they are gioing to stick it to Bmac and that he cant handle 40000 fans bla...bla...bla... Sounds like a desperate team graspimg at straws. It would be outstanding if BMac would outdual the Messiah!!
