Relax. Losses happen. Remember one week ago in Texas the Sox lost the first game and came back to win the series.
May 24, 200520 yr I'll give some props to the Angels, they played excellent defensively. Erstad made a couple great plays. Their defensive positioning robbed everett of two hits. We didn't make the plays on d, and I thought our overall approach at the plate was poor. I think they really let santana get into a groove by taking too many fastballs down the middle, letting him get ahead of everybody and then able to use that slider that no one could touch. That said, it is just one game and if burly gets the win today everyone will be in a sunshiney mood.
