Daniels won't halt execution for liver donation

Featured Replies

Daniels said he found "no grounds to second guess years of court rulings or to reject the recommendation of the parole board."

What an asshole.

Why not do this? (By this I mean let him donate part of his liver.)

Hell once the liver is harvested roll him over for execution...who cares if he hasn't recovered, they are going to kill him anyway...

Did you guys read the part about her doctors advising against him donating?.....saying she'd be better suited to go the conventional route and waiting for a complete liver.

Standard advice in any organ donation. My grandmother needed a kidney.. her doctors gave us all the same song and dance. My aunt was a match.. my grama got her kidney.

All I'm saying is, it gave the judge all he needed.

This whole issue is moot if he doesn't commit a brutal crime... just sayin.

No it didn't..

The judge didn't even use that as his excuse for denial.

I understand that's what he said on the record. From the way the article reads to me, it sounds like someone questioned him about it and that's when he explains it.

I agree with you, but I also see how the judge is spinning it.

Judge..?? What judge..? :huh

And I'm not going to assume anything other than what I read.. and what I read is that the Gov doesn't think that possibily saving the life of an innocent person is "grounds" to give him a stay.

As I said... asshole.

:lolhitting

surprised the ACLU isn't fighting this, 'cause it could be considered two death sentences... or three if you count the 82 year old lady this guy stomped on...

That's "My Man Mitch."
