June 17, 200520 yr Anyone watching this? Rocco Mediate and Olin Browne were both at the top of the leaderboard w/ rounds of 67 (-3), at the end of the first day. Els finished the day at +1. Tiger and Vijay ended at even. Mickleson finished at -1 on Thursday, but he's gone ahead and bogeyed 6 of the first 9 holes today.
June 17, 200520 yr QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Jun 18, 2005 -> 01:01 AM) I was wondering how long it'd take to get the Adam Scott update. Gotta root for the Aussies whenever I can on here Greasy, you should know that by now.
June 19, 200520 yr Author Well barring a HUGE choke down the final few holes, Michael Campbell will be the winner of the US Open. I'm happy to see him do this; I've seen him in many European events on the Golf Channel over the years. He seems like a really good guy and well-deserving. Tiger did try to make it interesting for most of the day though. However, it looks like he'll probably end up in second place.

Plus his golf shirt was rockin' today! It definitely beat the Tiger red, which was way too busy looking today.
June 20, 200520 yr QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Jun 19, 2005 -> 09:25 PM) Goosen choked like a mofo. Sheesh I didn't think choke would ever be seen in the same sentence as Goosen. I guess it fits this weekend.
