Another Bears Trade

Featured Replies

Bears get: No. 143 overall pick.

Jaguars get: Chicago's sixth-round picks (Nos. 176 and 193) and a seventh-round pick (No. 218)

The fallout: The Bears gave up three late-round picks to move up to grab Missouri WR Justin Gage.

yup that explain the whole draft. giving up the late rounds.

this isnt a bad move but what they should have done was find a team to take a 4th and 5th or soemthing like tat for a 2nd round pick next imo..we cant sign all these guys anyways..we got 14 picks...not enough cap room

Been a real good draft so far, imo. I like Justin Gage quite a bit, plus how can ya not like a guy with the name "Gage" :)

they prob could have included those picks for an earlier pick or to acquire picks that they need. pretty much as you said. this was a lousy draft.

i wonder if jas is still going to say different.

Hey, C'Mon. Your calling this a bad draft! A great pass rusher, a franchise QB of the Future, 2 awesome WR's, 2 DT's that will replace the old geisers we have now, and a FS who trolls the field and makes recievers pay over the middle! THATS A GREAT DRAFT! GO SOX AND BEARS!
