Perhaps she aged inbetween the two pictures? If so, then it's understandable. If not, well, at least we know that proper lighting/makeup can make her face look good.

Lighting/makeup and airbrushing can make a girl like that look good. She's really not that good looking but to reitterate, she has an absolutley amazing body.
