It's a few posts up. YAS posted the quote that he did get one. I hadn't read any and assumed from his comments yesterday that he had just found out and didn't get an appeal option before the suspension was made public.

So then you're right, his two test and appeal went faster than Palmeiro's.

But initially I didn't even think he got an offer for an appeal. From the policy.. anyone who tests positive has the right to an appeal & retest.
