August 9, 200520 yr Minoso & Fisk is not as inspiring as Ruth & Gehrig. I honestly don't understand either statue's significance. I'd rather see one of Shoeless Joe.

I obviously never got to see Nellie or Aparicio play but having a statue of them turning a double play sounds pretty cool imo.

I was thinking the same thing, that would be nice. Thing about Fisk is if he was such a New Englander why does he live in Lockport??? He is a surly guy it is that simple.
