What the hell is he on crack!! Do you guys think he would be an asset to us or more detrimental to us. Pros and Cons.. I see more cons than anything!

August 8, 200520 yr Bret Boone is one of the worst players in all of baseball. He is completely valueless, and the thought of a team possibly catching lightning in a bottle is all but gone with how terrible he performed for the Twins. Edited August 8, 200520 yr by redandwhite

August 8, 200520 yr Well, we gave Jeremy Giambi a chance in our minor leagues didn't we? Maybe if he has the same agent as Frank and we need to suck up to him more (as happened with Giambi), but other than that...

August 9, 200520 yr I wouldn't mind it if he his a bench player or something like that. He would be playing in a great hitters park. His stats could only go up playing here. Not as a starter but just as a bat off the bench. You can do a lot worse. He also has a lot experience.
