bkmoney
bobby you know i love you and all, and we all love you.... but maybe you just arent ready to be a closer in the majors? he is 1 for 3 in save opportunities since he and marte became the "closers", not counting tonights loss (unless they come back in the bottom of the 11th) why not have politte or cotts the closer? i just dont get it
redandwhite
It's all about the offense. If the offense performs, and the defense is acceptable, I think this team succeeds and stumbles there way into the playoffs. Otherwise, they'll be lucky to win another game this season. Do not blame anything on Jenks.

DonkeyKongerko
Well Aaron Rowand definitely is to blame for Monday's blown save and he certainly played a part in tonight's loss. It's not like we have a better option than Jenks at this point.
WilliamTell
LeCroy hit it in just the right spot, it wasn't anything hard. Rowand should've gotten the catch too.

qwerty
QUOTE(Harry&JimmyRocked @ Sep 22, 2005 -> 10:11 PM) NO WAY MAN, HE'S JUST AS GOOD AS K-ROD WAS FOR THE ANGELS. You have a theory that rookies/young players cannot be on a world series caliber team. That theory is flawed... but no one even compared or said jenks was as good as k-rod.
