Jimbo, i think you can have them bill you. The gifts are free, but you don't get the gold coin unless you pay immediately using debit/credit card, from what i understand.

you have to turn off your pop up blocker.

 

click the link that's above in the thread. Click the RED X to close it.

 

Then it will come up with a pop up (if you're blocker is off) it will say WAIT! Order your copy for $19.99.

I personally think SI is a bad magazine, but the book is cool...i might buy it
