They'll do everything in their power to stall the investigation and delay justice for this sicko. The Catholic Church, these days, has far more to confess to than any of its parishoners do.

November 22, 200520 yr This is totally off topic but can somebody explain the phrase in the thread title? I've heard "when it rains it pours" but never that one. I remember hearing this same thing in 'Gone In 60 Seconds' but I thought it was because the guy was foreign and didn't quite get it right.
