I nominate myself as the next Sox GM. But, to be honest, I'd pick Mark DePodesta. He is a huge believer in Sabermetrics, as am I.

I also like the fact that he works with Billy Beane. Nothing bad can really come of that....except that Billy will be really trying to screw us over in the future.

cw45....if i had a choice.. i would take beane... if i couldnt have him i would want evans (who should have been the gm in the first place mho).......otherwise i say let me do it... not only will i spend the cash thats hidden under jr's mattress, but i would bring us home a world series for real.......
