January 14, 200620 yr After making the few calls to notify certain people and the such, I figured I'd share this with everybody here. A few months ago, I wrote a piece for this book project called "The Cost of Freedom" from Howling Dog Press. (www.howlingdogpress.com) After not hearing back from them for a while, I figured that it was just a lark -- fun to try. Anyway, I'm checking my e-mail tonight and my piece was accepted by the editors putting the book together (It is going to be a bunch of articles written by different people about civil liberties, the wars and the affects on freedom in the post-9/11 world) I'm still in complete shock right now about it. Just wow.
