January 28, 200620 yr Second-year forward James Thomas has signed a 10-day contract with the Bulls, the team announced Friday. The 6-foot-8 Thomas was averaging 19.7 points and 14.4 rebounds for the Albany Patroons of the CBA. He played in the CBA's all-star game. Thomas played 15 games with Philadelphia earlier this season before being waived in December. Last season, Thomas played nine games with Portland and two with Atlanta.
