"This is a private matter and there will be no further comment at this time," spokeswoman Cece Yorke said. According to court papers obtained by celebrity news Web site www.TMZ.Com, Locklear is seeking a divorce based on irreconcilable differences. Locklear, 44, and Sambora, 46, have an 8-year-old daughter, Ava. Locklear was previously married to another rock star, Tommy Lee. Their seven-year marriage ended in 1993. News of the split was first reported by People Magazine on its Web site.
